Neuromuscular/Deep tissue
Neuromuscular and Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body.
Deep Tissue Massage and Neuromuscular Massage are a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Neuromuscular deals with how the nerves innervate with the muscles, and help relieve chronic tension and root causes of pain.
Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session.

Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese form of energy work that cleanses and balances the energy system in the body. As a result, the body's
natural self-healing mechanisms strengthen, helping to establish optimum health. During a session, I work directly with your energy field to remove blockages, detoxify your system, and restore your vital life force energy. Reiki utilizes a gentle laying on of hands to conduct the necessary energy force between us. The benefits of Reiki range from the release of habitual mental/emotional stress to alleviating chronic pain. I usually use crystals to enhance the energy work.
Intuitive Massage
This is basically a Reiki and Massage combo. Using both Eastern and Western healing modalities, I tune in (kind of like a radio station) to
parts of your body that could be holding on to past trauma or stuck emotions. I see how it all relates to the muscles (or chronic pain) as I massage and give Reiki.
During this appointment, I start off massaging, and finding the points that need attention both physically and spiritually. After the massage portion, I end with Reiki, where I am able to help move blockages and balance chakras. I sometimes tune into the other side, and get messages from spirit guides or past loved ones. This is a WHOLE body and mind healing experience.
Cupping Add-on
I like to think Cupping is a backwards massage :) Instead of pushing against the muscles, we are pulling them away from the muscle. It helps break up scar tissue and improve circulation. I incorporate muscle movements with the cups to help promote mobility and range of motion. It also helps suck out all the toxins that are stuck in our muscles. You might leave looking like a lego, but they will fade within a couple days.

Chair/Corprate Massage
I can come help make your workplace more productive! Working at a desk can sometimes be more hard on the body than manual labor. I offer 10 to 20 minute chair massages so your employees to get a quick session to help relieve stress and tight muscles. In addition to the usual health benefits of massage, another benefit of chair massage is that it is done over the clothing so its efficient and practical for a office space!
